• This is a pre-set itinerary, made to simplify the booking process. Please note that these itineraries are based solely on travel time and distance, and do not include any attractions or specific points of interest. It is the contractor's responsibility to plan and manage any stops for meals or visits to points of interest along the way.

Comprehensive Pricing

• Sydney City Tour is a pre-set itinerary based on bus size, type, and seating configuration, and is GST-exclusive. All prices include fuel, tolls, and a professional driver.

• Charter prices are determined by the distance to your destination and the duration of your travel. Our pricing structure is transparent and designed to provide you with a clear understanding of your costs upfront. 

• Sydney City Tour charter is available for half-day (5 hours) or full-day (10 hours) durations, with pricing based on your chosen timeframe from pick-up to drop-off. If you need additional time, you can easily select the option for extra hours during the booking process. Please keep in mind that the maximum duration is 12 hours per day, ensuring flexibility for your travel plans.

Onboard Policies

• For the comfort and cleanliness of all passengers, we maintain a strict no food and drinks policy on the bus. However, we do provide complimentary bottled water—one 600ml bottle per passenger—to keep everyone refreshed during the journey. 

• If your group wishes to enjoy snacks and drinks on board, you have the option to add a prepaid cleaning fee at the time of booking. Please be aware that excessive mess caused by passengers may incur additional charges.

Damage and Excess Charges

• We prioritize the maintenance of our fleet, and as such, any damages caused by passengers will result in a $1,000.00 excess charge. We appreciate your cooperation in treating our vehicles with respect.
