  • Hunter Valley charter is priced for a maximum duration of 12 hours, starting from the pick-up time to the drop-off. Should you require additional time, please select the option for extra hours during the booking process. Please note that the maximum allowable time is 12 hours per day, providing flexibility for your travel plans.


Onboard Policies


  • For the comfort and cleanliness of all passengers, we maintain a strict no food and drinks policy on the bus. However, we do provide complimentary bottled water—one 600ml bottle per passenger—to keep everyone refreshed during the journey. 
  • If your group wishes to enjoy snacks and drinks on board, you have the option to add a prepaid cleaning fee at the time of booking. Please be aware that excessive mess caused by passengers may incur additional charges.


Damage and Excess Charges


  • We prioritize the maintenance of our fleet, and as such, any damages caused by passengers will result in a $1,000.00 excess charge. We appreciate your cooperation in treating our vehicles with respect.
